Sent me spiraling down This time

I second guess what I wear, say, how I look
I think I sound stupid so I’m Always prepared with a sarcastic comment
I think I look stupid so throughout the day I’ll change my hair like 4 runs and I’m always pulling on my clothes cause they don’t fit.

I’m not sane and I’m sure I’ll feel all better next week but I’m hating this now and I know that even when it passes, its only a matter of time before it’s back
